Returns, order changes, and cabinet-specific notes
Many DTI Home Products items are project-based, special-order, showroom inventory, or cabinet-related. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
Cabinet and special-order items
- Cabinet packages, cabinet components, configured options, and special-order items may not be returnable once confirmed, ordered, built, staged, or fulfilled.
- Finish, size, handedness, configuration, and layout details should be verified before purchase.
- Images may be representative and should not replace final product specifications, selected finish, or confirmed cabinet list.
Order changes
If you need to change an order, contact DTI as quickly as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after confirmation, supplier processing, staging, or fulfillment has begun.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Inspect your order at pickup or delivery. Report visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items promptly with photos and order details so DTI can review the issue.
